I've wanted to make a game like this for a little while, but I always had other projects. One day, I started playing around with the raw Canvas API (I normally use p5.js) and decided to make a game using NO libraries, only code written by me. I also decided it should be this arcade-style game I'd been thinking of for a while.
You can use the W, S, A and D keys to move. Press the spacebar to shoot.
You can press M to mute sound effects, and if the game runs a little slowly, press P to toggle particle effects.
